Digital Printing FAQ’s:

How do I know if I should choose digital printing or offset printing for my project?

The answer depends on the type of project you have. If you are interested in a custom, personalized printing solution, a need for variable data printing, or are planning to print in short runs, then digital printing is probably the best choice. If however, you are seeking a large run printing project, or something that requires a larger format press, traditional offset printing is probably the best way to go.

What is the quality of digital printing?

While offset printing uses ink and requires time to dry, digital printing uses a dry toner that sets almost immediately. Some will say that digital printing has a slightly shinier look than offset, but with Fey and our HP Indigo 7000, you won’t be able to tell the difference between offset and digital printing.

Can I choose the paper for my project? What is the best paper to choose?

Absolutely. With Fey, we’ll help you find the best paper to make your project look the very best. We partner with the leading paper manufacturers to provide you with inside knowledge about the best paper selection for your project.
